This was a great pork roast in the crock pot!  Great flavor.  Served it with wild rice and fresh garden green beans. 

Oreo & Fudge Ice Cream Cake

In celebration of OREO 100th Birthday my daughter made this yummy dessert today!  In the freezer now as we speak.....Looking forward to this cool treat for dessert tonight!

Buttermilk Blueberry Breakfast Cake

For Breakfast this morning I made Buttermilk Blueberry Breakfast Cake for the family.  This turned out super moist!  Certainly something I will make for the family in the near future!

Balsamic Honey Chicken

The other night for dinner I made Balsamic Honey Chicken for dinner.  This is certainly one I plan to make again and again.  Very good taste to it.  Mixed texutres with the Chicken and pears made this a real treat for the taste buds!

banana sour cream bread

Made some home made Banana Sour Cream Bread yesterday.  It turned out very moist!  I made 2 large loafs.  And 4 mini loafs.  The kids loved it!
